You are a six-minute Walk to the East Side Arts District; a Short Uber ride will get you to the Belmont Shore Restaurants and Vons/Shopping are nearby. Use the Broadway Bike Path to Pine Street or Shore Line Village. The eclectic 4th Street Retro Row is also close-by.
Beautiful, original, hardwood floors with fresh paint thru out. There is Ample Storage with original built-ins located in the spacious Living area, Hallway, Kitchen, Bonus room and Bedroom.
We have updated all the light fixtures to LED's, light the whole apartment for the cost of one 100-watt bulb; finding those small successes to provide an energy conscious living.
The Kitchen features newer stainless-steel appliances; a stove and refrigerator; along with a new garbage disposal. Of course, Lots of storage space thru out the kitchen.
The Bathroom is spacious with vintage tile through-out, retro lighting, and a Large Pedestal Sink.
The Bedroom has a large closet with a utility room for even more storage.
Secure on-site bike parking and on-site laundry room.
Small dog or cat is welcome with a one-time security deposit. We do not charge pet-rent.
Applicants MUST be able to provide three months checking and savings bank statements. Provide proof of income and earn enough to pay the rent. There is no application fee.
