Beautiful, original, hardwood floors with fresh paint thru out. There is Ample Storage with original built-ins located in the spacious Living area, Hallway, Kitchen, Bonus room and Bedroom.
We have updated all the light fixtures to LED's, light the whole apartment for the cost of one 100-watt bulb; finding those small successes to provide an energy conscious living.
The Kitchen features newer stainless-steel appliances; a stove and refrigerator; along with a new garbage disposal. Of course, Lots of storage space thru out the kitchen.
