Fresh paint thru out, apartment has built-ins located in Kitchen, Living Room, Hallway, Bonus room and Bedroom providing ample storage.
We have updated all the light fixtures to LED's, light the whole apartment for the cost of one 100 watt bulb.
The Kitchen features a quartz anti-microbial counters and single handle faucet. Stainless steel Stove and Fridge, custom to fit. Styled to feature the black and white accents of the 1920s.
The Bathroom is spacious with a Large Pedestal Sink and vintage tile. Owner pays for hot and cold water.
The Bedroom has a large closet, ceiling fan.
Secure on-site bike parking.
Small dog or cat is welcome with a one-time security deposit. We do not charge pet-rent.
Applicants MUST be able to provide three months checking and savings bank statements. Provide proof of income and earn enough to pay the rent. There is no application fee.

Must never have had an eviction, EVER, for any reason.

One time pet deposit of $300 for a small dog or cat. Owner pays for Hot and Cold Water, resident pays for all other utilities. 4-plex has it's own new shared coin-op laundry. Residents share a garden area.
