Ride the Broadway Bike Path to Pine Street or Shore Line Village. 4th Street Retro Row is close-by. Beautiful, original, hardwood floors with fresh paint thru out, apartment has built-ins located in Kitchen, Living Room, Hallway, Bonus room and Bedroom providing ample storage. We have updated all the light fixtures to LED's, light the whole apartment for the cost of one 100 watt bulb.
The Kitchen features new stainless steel Stove and Fridge, custom to fit. Styled to feature the black and white accents of the 1920s.
The Bathroom is spacious with a Large Pedestal Sink and vintage tile. Owner pays for hot and cold water.
The Bedroom has a large closet, new carpet, and a built-in secretary. Secure on site bike parking.
Small dog or cat is welcome with a one-time security deposit. We do not charge pet-rent. Applicants MUST be able to provide three months checking and savings bank statements. Provide proof of income and earn enough to pay the rent. There is no application fee.
One year lease. Garage with remote control door is available for additional cost.
Owner managed and operated.
Sorry we do not accept Section 8 applications.
