It is just blocks from the major hospital and blocks from Mercer University and blocks from downtown Macon. It is a very good location.

One year lease usually runs the school year from August to August. No smoking in the apartment and no pets there is a $1100 deposit which will be given back when Tenant moves and the apartment is cleaned.
