This is a beautiful Victorian house with one bedroom one bath apartment downstairs. The apartment was recently renovated one year ago with new beautiful Victorian fireplaces in each room with beautiful high ceilings Also, the apartment comes with a washer, dryer and a smart TV in the kitchen. It is just blocks from the major hospital and blocks from Mercer University and blocks from downtown Macon. It is a very good location.

One year lease usually runs the school year from August to August. No smoking in the apartment and no pets there is a $1100 deposit which will be given back when Tenant moves and the apartment is cleaned.
