The spacious kitchen has solid wood custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, gas range, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Washer/dryer hook-ups are inside, owner does not provide washer or dryer. Unit has off-street parking. A 5 1/2 ft by 7 1/2 ft. secure storage unit is available for an additional $25 per month. The property is fully fenced.
The apartment is close to Monroe Park and the fairgrounds, is on the bus line, and walkable to the Whit & downtown.
Rent is $1550 per month ($1575 with the optional storage unit.) Pet rent if applicable is $25 per month and a refundable pet deposit is $400. One year lease required. Please provide copy of photo ID with completed application and all related supporting documents. Each applicant must provide verifiable income that is 2.5 times rent. We only accept and screen completed applications.
