The apartment is close to Monroe Park and the fairgrounds, is on the bus line, and walkable to the Whit & downtown.
Rent is $1550 per month ($1575 with the optional storage unit.) Pet rent if applicable is $25 per month and a refundable pet deposit is $400. One year lease required. Please provide copy of photo ID with completed application and all related supporting documents. Each applicant must provide verifiable income that is 2.5 times rent. We only accept and screen completed applications.
