This unit is fully furnished with a large, comfortable couch and a big TV in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen (includes a Keurig coffee machine), and much, much more throughout the unit! I pay for water, garbage and recycling. You would pay for electricity and internet. There's one off-street parking spot. Available as early as September 1st.

Please be a naturally quiet person. This means no loud music, talking, playing, TV, parties, or lots of night activity. Also, no pets allowed due to severe allergies. NON SMOKERS ONLY Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed on the property.
