There is a large living room/dining room/kitchen space with sliding glass doors leading to a small outdoor area. The 2 bedrooms have large closet space and the bath has a tub. The front bedroom is currently made into an office, but can be made into a bedroom if needed.

This unit is fully furnished with a large, comfortable couch and a big TV in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen (includes a Keurig coffee machine), and much, much more throughout the unit! I pay for water, garbage and recycling. You would pay for electricity and internet. There's one off-street parking spot. Available as early as September 1st.

 This property does not allow smoking of any kind. No exceptions!

Located just west of downtown Eugene in an older section of town with grand old homes, giant oak trees, friendly and quiet neighbors, and easy access to all parts of town. Five minute walk to downtown, 10 minute bike ride to UO, near bus routes, and a few blocks from a freeway entrance. Easy walk to Sweet Life, Tacovore, Whitaker food and music venues.

This is a quiet neighborhood with respectful and friendly neighbors. THIS IS A QUIET COMPLEX. It's intended for tenants to have a place to recuperate, relax and renew. Please be a naturally quiet person. This means no loud music, talking, playing, TV, parties, or lots of night activity. Also, no pets allowed due to severe allergies. NON SMOKERS ONLY Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed on the property.
