Recently updated with wood floors throughout (except tile in the bathroom), paint and remodeled bathroom, this spacious a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit in a triplex is in a great neighborhood just west of downtown Eugene. There is a large living room/dining room/kitchen space. The good sized 2 bedrooms have large closet space and the bath has a tub. There's also an enclosed small patio and planting area just off the living room.

This property does not allow smoking of any kind. No exceptions!

This is a quiet neighborhood with respectful and friendly neighbors so no loud music, TV, parties, talking. Absolutely no smoking of any kind, no drugs, and no pets!

Located just west of downtown Eugene in an older section of town with grand old homes, giant oak trees, friendly and quiet neighbors, and easy access to all parts of town. Five minute walk to downtown, 10 minute bike ride to UO, near bus routes, and a few blocks from a freeway entrance. Near Sweet Life, Tacovore, and food and entertainment in the Whitaker area.

Rent is $1,600 per month, with a $1,500 security deposit and $10 per key key deposit. The landlord pays for water, garbage and recycling. You are responsible for electricity. There's also on-site washer and dryer that's $10/person/month if you decide to use it. Apartment is available now.
