About this House

Looking for a 3 bedroom place that's got lots of charm and is in a great neighborhood? This is it! This clean, spacious, newly painted and well maintained unit in a duplex has lots of character. The living room is large with a working fireplace. The kitchen is very cute (kind of 50's style). An adjoining eating area that's surrounded on 3 sides by windows providing great morning light. Two of the bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the main floor. Laundry area with washer and dryer is off the kitchen and included. Downstairs living room and both bedrooms have laminate wood flooring.

Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom (cute with slanted ceilings and carpeted floor), along with a large storage area.

This is a NON SMOKING property! The neighborhood is very quiet, so no loud parties or other disturbances that affect the neighbors allowed.

There is a great garden area with white picket fence (not enclosed) for those who would like to have a veggie garden or to just enjoy the flowers. I'm open to anyone who would like to personalize this garden space and do a little gardening (it's kind of a blank slate right now). There's a courtyard available for outdoor eating and relaxing and a covered porch area off the kitchen for additional outdoor enjoyment.

Located just west of downtown Eugene in an older section of town with grand old homes, giant oak trees, friendly and quiet neighbors, and easy access to all parts of town. Five minute walk to downtown, 10 minute bike ride to UO, near bus routes, and a few blocks from a freeway entrance. Close to Tacovore, Sweet Life, and other Whitaker neighborhood food and music.
