About this House

This is a newer multi level unit with 1 bedroom and bath upstairs and 1 bedroom and bath downstairs. The unit has a fully applianced kitchen and a stack washer & dryer. Pets are allowed but we prefer dogs that are under 50 lbs. Each pet requires an additional deposit of $250 and pet rent of $35 a month. There is enclosed bike storage for your bikes and a nice common area for all to use.

Applications will be accepted beginning August 31, 2026 at 6 p.m., and will continue to be accepted until the property is rented or we have three sets of complete applications. If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the landlord's screening and application requirements.
