Muni and Bart are so convenient to use also very easy to jump on the freeway when needed. It is also one of the sunniest areas of the city."

The neighborhood is quiet but close to rowdiness if that's your thing. Very close amenities, including a new butcher shop and produce store. Many options here for any mode of transportation here - 20 minutes downtown by bike or train."
