Each bedroom is on opposite sides of the unit for privacy, and each room has new flooring and fresh paint. Off street parking is also available.

    Tenant is billed $55 per month for water, sewer, trash. Tenant pays Utilities (Gas/Electric).

    One approved pet is welcome with a $300 non refundable pet fee and $35/month for a cat or $50/month for a dog.

    This apartment is no smoking and renter's insurance is a requirement with this unit.
