The apartment is loft style and large, using the entire second floor. It is bright with lots of windows. The living room has a nice carpeting while floors in the two bedrooms, study and hall are wood and recently refinished. There is a separate kitchen with a dishwasher. The laundry and parking are included in the rent. This unit is well insulated and each apartment has its own high-efficient heating system and 40 gallon hot water heater. The house is located near Gimme! Coffee. It is just a short 15-minute walk to Cornell University or you can take the #10 TCAT bus to campus. We require No pets- (no exceptions), No smoking, References, and a Quiet Life Style. 118 Sears St. Apt. 4 is an ideal home for Cornell or Ithaca College graduate students, faculty and professionals.

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."

Many grocery stores and restaurants and retail stores to shop. Unique shops on the main common area in the middle of the city. There is so many outdoor lights activities for all ages in the Finger Lakes area. "
