"Nice sidewalks, low traffic, and the area is pretty quiet. Our dogs are our priority and that's one of the main reasons why we chose this neighborhood. "

"This home is just steps from the Blacklick walking trail and many local parks such as Turnberry and Portman park. It is on a cul de sac with a large backyard with a privacy fence. It is in a great location in the Pickerington Local School District with low Columbus Taxes. Great neighbors and a perfect home for anyone."

"I've lived in this area for nearly 20 years. We have great access to walking paths and parks, excellent public schools, and a well-organized and engaged community organization. I never plan to leave."

"I personally love this area! My husband and I bought in the Park Place West neighborhood last summer. My In-laws live in Park Place (about 1 mile away) and we both love it. We live on a quiet street and have great neighbors who are friendly and look out for one another. Most of our neighbors are young couples with children who often walk with their families or pets. We have not had ANY issues living in this neighborhood, and really love it. Our neighbors do as well, as many of them are the original owners (neighborhood is about 15 years old) It's great being in the Pickerington school district with Columbus taxes :)"
