"Community recreation programs and community garden spaces neighbors looking out for each other and their property neighborhood watch programs and afterschool garden groups that maintain and collect trash and police engagement in street festivals and service activities all neighbors can be involved with stewardship and support in their communities "

"I used to live there for about 6 months this recent year and the violence in the area is very terrible. We were told we had to leave because we were victims to a house shooting. This house is very infested with roaches and mice and the landlords only come to spray repellent outside. There’s mold growing in the basement, the bathroom leaks to the basement with very big holes to the point where you can see the tub from the basement ceiling "

"Close to the freeway and 3c highway. Traffic is average during rush hour. Busses don’t typically sit and cause jams. Not too many bike riders on the Main Street. "

"It’s close to downtown, and close to northern lights but not that close to Easton. A lot of people have cars but you can use the local cota bus or cmax"

"I haven’t lived here long it’s not awful but it isn’t the greatest either! Neighbors can be obnoxious and I can hear violence from surrounding streets but if you stay to yourself it isn’t that bad"

"Folks have lived here for a long time. They look out for each other. people are putting money back into the neighborhood. Nosy neighbor syndrome helps to keep the neighborhood safe. Some houses are multi generational. It has lots if potential."

"The children of the neighborhood could use some discipline as they are very disrespectful and rude to everyone. Most of the adults stay to themselves."

"The crime is terrible. The neighborhood is not good if you want to be at peace or have children. There are some beautiful houses in this area but I would absolutely not live here. The neighborhood is a little scary. I would never walk my dog or let my kids play outside. There would be a chance of them being hit by a stray bullet, taken or is being robbed. No thanks "

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is mostly low income. Kids that come in with less chance of good achievement. The principal is a good man, I have known him for many years (any school he went to I made sure my son followed). Not to many today care about ppl individual, this man cares about each and everyone of his students. Not many can say that today, much less know students by name.Parent Review7y ago2 Reviews - Windsor Stem Acadmey (K-6)

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy grandson just started kindergarten at this school in the fall of 2016. He is constantly getting injured. My daughter has gone at least twice to volunteer and she said everything in the kindergarten class is out of hand. When she first arrived, the students (kindergartners!!!) were hitting each other, throwing things, swearing, yelling at the teacher, etc. My grandson was sitting at table with other kids and had his hands over his hears, There was also a new teacher for kindergarten this academic year and she already left because she couldn't take it anymore. These kids fight and say the nastiest things. Some of the things he has picked up have been horrendous. I want to know how a school that is graded an "F" on EVERYTHING has remained open. My daughter would love to send him to another school for a chance to make it but she would have to supply transportation and with her work schedule she can't. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS SCHOOL! The language, fights, cursing, threats, and even actions from just the kindergartners alone in this school is ATROCIOUS!Other Review9y ago3 Reviews
