    "I've lived in this area now for 2 years. Was very apprehensive about the neighborhood from all I heard from friends and others, but since being here and realising the bargains that are available, I came to the conclusion that the neighborhood is what you make it. The people are very friendly and forthcoming, very close to all the downtown and German village amenities and freeway access. With all the construction going on downtown this will be a great place to live for young professionals. Apart from the buzzing helicopter which is a downtown feature of any big city I really recommend Southern Orchards very highly. Childrens Hospitals investment in this neighborhood is really starting to pay off with higher home values and now is definately a good time to look. "
