"This, to me, is a very safe community. I could spend the rest of my days here and also the rest of my nights. I love family and community and this is the perfect fit for my family. I'm conclusion I just want a peaceful rest of my life and spending time with people I care about."

"No dog park or parks to walk them. A lot of kids riding bikes and running around. Children's safety concerns come first."

"There’s no back yard or space for your dog to run or play. You just leash them up and walk. Everyone I’ve seen so far picks up after they’re furry friends. "

"Currently live here. Could be worse for south side cbus but not too bad, most days. Neighbors can be rowdy but overall a quiet spot. Have to drive for shopping, even basics."

"I would say that I would not move here again. some neighbors are just alright others are not good neighbors. neighbors clean out their car and throw it on the ground when there's a dumpster five feet away from him. you hear gunshots at times. after 5 years of living here they are finally maintenances getting things looking better. owners live in California so your money is not staying in Ohio. my rent went up $75."
