What Locals Say about Sedgefield

  • Trulia User
"Very short. It is centrally located and close to just about everything by car. Light rail is also an option for some. "
  • Trulia User

  • Debra M.
"It’s been a long time since I moved to the city. This has been a great step towards living in the city. Love the parks. Very dog friendly."
  • Meagan D. B.
"Depending on where you live in Sedgefield, the Light Rail is only a 5-10min walk to the Light Rail. "
  • Stephbronson24
"Our neighborhood is very dog friendly and everyone is always welcoming. It’s close to uptown but you don’t get the noise from being in the middle of the city. We are walking distance from the light rail which can be used for transportation to and from work. If you like scooters, you will find a ton of rentals around this neighborhood. "
  • Carla
"the charm of the neighborhood is being replaced with big new homes with people you never see. if that's what you want this is a very unique place. "
  • Carla
"If you like living without knowing anyone, this is the place. Location is nice. Neighborhood is not neighborly. Loosing it's charm with removal of all the cute little houses and replacing with big houses and the people that you never see! They all stay inside their giant houses. Sad. Very sad."
  • Sophiaadams24
"Upcoming ventures that are being built around in my area I am a born and raised charlotte citizen so it's come a long way"
  • Rebeca R.
"People are nice here. Close to everything (shops, eat, drink, gas) Lots and lots of trees so great breeze, noise reduction, and privacy. Kid and dog friendly plus close to a park."
  • Lgterreson
"Walk to Freedom Park. Close to the great restaurants in Dilworth and Myers Park."
