"Close proximity to the city and many options for extra curricular activities. Great food bars and entertainment. Charlotte is also a quick drive to the mountains and or the beach. Day trips are totally doable. Im a dog owner and this city is steeped in dog culture so animal lovers of all types will also feel welcome out and about with their furry friends. Charlottes Got A lot!!!!"

"We’ve only lived here for 2 years now but it is such a wonderful neighborhood. I’m on my front porch every day the weather permits and love seeing all the friendly neighbors (and their pups) walk by. The mature tree canopy, walkability to shops and restaurants, and pride the residents take in their homes are just a few of the many attributes that make Dilworth so desirable. "

"Not really any place for doggy to run, somE neighbors leave dogs in yard most of day. So other dogs are constantly barking while they walk by "

"This is a young urban area - building has some families with young kids and I see them in the courtyard and pool areas. Mostly feels like a young adult building. I am visiting my son. "
