What Locals Say about Taylor Berry

  • Trulia User
"I live in that area. It's very quiet. All of Shepherdsville. Only I live with my parents and I want to become independent with my wife and I want to be close to them"
  • Andrew J.
"There is a lot of crime in this neighborhood we are gunshots on a nightly basis someone was just killed two streets over"
  • Harry'SoSerious B.
"I grew up here...not the same. SMH drugs and the likes are terrible things. There used to be community now there is only "hood"; neighborless! "
  • Aiyanna H.
"Nothing makes this neighborhood special. This neighborhood needs more security so we can have events "
  • Rebecca Wells-gonzalez
"I love my neighborhood! We have lived here for four years and I have seen good and bad, though I have seen it get better! We founded the Neighborhood Association and actively work to make the lives of our neighbors better and easier :) In addition to the people who live in our neighborhood that care, we are also super conveniently located- within walking distance of the Churchill Downs track and an easy bike ride to the University of Louisville (I'd know I teach there!!). Grocery stores nearby and generally just a quiet place. We have some crazies occasionally, but where doesn't? I love my neighborhood and I feel as though it is PERFECT for us :)"
  • Derrick
"There is really nothing unique about it, it's noisy and it seems to be a lower class neighborhood. I would not want my family in this neighborhood."
  • Ieshiamariewright g. c.
"Stray cats and dog theft. Also the bigger dogs get lose and roam the neighborhood. I have witnessed several people getting bit by a neighborhood pet. "
  • Scott t.
"this area is terrible. it has continued to go down hill over the years. we have only been here for three years and I have witnessed it first hand."
  • Emilia s.
"Close to work and if we don’t have transportation it would be convenient and cheap if we needed uber "
  • Stinkysmom l. c.
"Its diverse, economically, racially, politically, and religiously. I have been raised in the South End my whole life and am very grateful for that."
