  • Carling Cameron
"My commute downtown is reliable, but a lot of people during rush hour use it There should be more muni’s during rush-hour "
  • Trulia User
"I commute down to the Peninsula from Parkside for work M-F and it is easy to get on 19th Ave, Junipero Serra, or Sunset to get on the freeway. The construction on the roads have made it very delayed for commuters, but overall it’s a good connection to commute south. "
  • Trulia User
"It is a very open and friendly neighborhood. It is mainly residential with some farmers markets, groceries stores, restaurants, coffee shops and markets. It is by the beach and plenty of parking"
  • Janet B.
"My best friend lived in the building for years. Absolutely the best safest part of the city. I highly recommend moving to this part of town."
  • Trulia User
"I take the L train to work! It’s a bus now with covid but back in the day it was about a 25 min trip. Now on the bus it’s about an hour. Love my commute though! "
  • Trulia User

  • Heather G.
"easy, not much traffic, just some local school drop off congestion. I am lucky to work in the Sunset so I don’t have to go far."
  • Heather G.

  • Llellaface
"There’s a park across the street from my house and many in the area, I feel like a dog family would love it here. The beach is very close and many homes in the area have lawns to accommodate dogs as well!"
  • Pug P.
"Parkside is rated “dog friendly” it is not. Just a warning, not much to do out here. A few good businesses and restaurants. "
  • Patrick P.
"We don’t really have community events, the nicest thing has just been when we’ve had food trucks come to our large round about area. I don’t really expect this neighborhood to have community events, it’s mostly college students."
  • Sj

  • Ralvarezrigo
