"Community fencing doesn’t allow privacy so dogs who bark or jump high will be difficult to have. Only wore fencing allowed along the split rails. "

"Totally a car city. Briargate is a planned residential community near to the Air Force Academy. 20 minutes to downtown, but Colorado Springs is a very long city along the mountains. I would not live here if you work at Peterson or Ft Carson. "

"Movies in the park, parks within walking distance, shopping close by, no traffic. Building a 11 acre recreation lake for residents. There is also a recreation center with a pool and splash pad, business center, and plenty of trails to hike. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It’s an award winning neighborhood. "
