"Manitou Springs is West of Colorado Springs so almost anything is at least a 20 minute drive and sometimes it can get crowded and challenging to get through town because it is a tourist town but that slows down when Summer is over and you can also take Hwy 24 to get to town instead. "

"Not much grass is available for them to run around and not many good sidewalks. It is so close to everything however, so I can take my dogs there"

"gets traffic sometimes but doesnt compare to fl by any means on the lack of road ways. certain parts are very nice while others are way more poor so just be aware of who's around like anywhere you visit or move to. "

"Everyone walks their dogs up and down the road. If you’re a dog owner just be prepared to have people stop and talk to you and pet your dog :) please make sure to pick up your dogs droppings though!"
