"Great area and amazing atmosphere for what you're paying. It's a little pricey but if you value a great community, happy, minding their business but close knit neighborhood. This is the place to be!"

"community feels nice. very quite, pet friendly and kids frequently outside. far enough from town to make you forget about work but close enough to have a date night. "

"It’s quite and I have not had any problems here. But the lack of privacy- with homes very closed to each other, that’s the main issue I have with it. "

"My neighborhood has wild life including bears, owls, hawks, bobcats, deer coyotes, rabbits and deer mice. Great if you love wild life but bad that they can take your small animals for a meal. Beautiful and terrifying at the same time. Quiet and neighbors get together once a year for BBQ. Less than 20 houses on this cul-de-sac and we aren't in an HOA."

"It is far but not too far from downtown and any gas stations or groceries and there's a beautiful view of pikes peak with downtown in background because of a small hills in the neighborhood."

"The Colorado Center properties are very affordable and this is a great place to live for families with kids, singles, couples and retirees. The Colorado Center properties are within 5-10 minutes of Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, and Fort Carson. I highly recommend this area."
