Tomas High School

I went to pick up my niece and i forgot my sign and when i told them that i was on the emergency contact list they said they still couldn't give me a sign but they gave my brother in law a sign even thoe he wasnt on the emergency contact list . Hes white im mexican and i never pull the race card but the way the teachers were looking at me and asked my neice if she knew me felt like they were racially profiling me . its just crazy to me how these people can give someone a sign to pick up a kid from the school and they arent even on the emergency list but when a brown man ask for it they have a problem .

Way too easy. Courses are not challenging enough. One boy stole my daughter's things from her backpack and did so to other kids. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Teachers yelled at her if she did not cross her arms and hold a "bubble" in her mouth. She had to call me with the school phone if she did something terrible, but all she did was raise her hand. Planning to enroll her in a better school. Would not recommend.

We have been at Stanley since it has opened! I have a daughter that has gone through the entire system of Stanley, SLJH and then SLHS and now have kids currently at Stanley. This school has been so good for our kids and their education has thrived here. Teachers genuinely care about the kids and having one that is 504 he has been through the sped program and has done amazing and has placed master level on the staar test! Kids are sweet and lots of parent involvement with volunteering and thriving PTA! This is a great school!

We have been part of this community for over 10 years. We are very happy to be here. Highly recommend.
