Read what parents are saying about Rolling Meadows Elementary SchoolTeachers are so nice and caring. Between my 3 kids, we’ve been there for 10 years. Never had a problem.
Posted by a community member on 4/4/2022HORRIBLE the teachers are so rude and a boy has touched my daughters ex friend in a way she did not want to be touched. The homework caused my daughter depression.she does not get any help from her teachers and does not get the best help from me because I don’t speak english very good and she is always stressed or crying
Posted by a parent on 5/27/2021Very poor experience. My son seems to be slipping academically this year. The teachers don't seem to challenge students but just push them along. They certainly don't challenge them in the reading department or hold them accountable. Terrible school. Will be looking elsewhere for next year.
Posted by a parent on 12/26/2019Parking is very difficult and the staff has approached this incorrectly. In the mornings, there are more buses in the parking lot near the cafeteria yet we as parents can go into parking lot to drop off our students. Yet in the afternoons the parking lot is blocked, while there are less buses than in the morning. Having the parents park out on the street is more of a hazard for our kids to walk on. I’d rather my vehicle have a ding on it, than my child getting hit by a vehicle for some irresponsible driver on the street. I hope that the leadership reconsiders this in order for our kids to be safer as they leave school.
Posted by a parent on 12/16/2019Overall I have enjoyed this school. Homework is not too difficult. Although in my daughter's 1st grade class the teacher up and quit last minute, my daughter was still able to get through just fine. They have done well with teaching my child and I am sad we are moving.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSteubing Ranch Elementary is an amazing school with a wonderful, knowledgeable staff that caters to many different types of students. Their dual language program fosters a love for reading in both English and Spanish for my young daughter. The teachers are kind, patient, and use the newest technologies and resources to teach many different types of learners. Administrative staff is supportive of parents, their staff and especially their students.Parent Review1y ago - Fox Run Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTo give one star is all I can do based on the teachers are nice. I am sending my child to learn and as a NEISD school I am so disappointed and so fed up beyond words. The teachers and staff to include principal have really lack luster attitudes towards learning. Nothing is sent home. This is up to the teachers whom I find don’t want to take anything home such as papers to grade. Parents beware, most work is done online on computers. Studies show this screen time should be limited. No work, no spelling tests, no reading logs, basic stuff, nothing is sent home. Teachers here do the minimum. The only focus is the STAR tests. If you are a parent who cares about and wants to be involved in the learning process of your child, send them somewhere else. I thought being a NEISD school would be great but each year the same Ada yards of nothing. I have resulted in teaching my own child on the khanacademy.org. And we wonder why all these studies show our children are steadily declining in academics. I have reached out to the principal and to the superintendent but nothing. I am just one mom who actually wants to be involved in my child’s academics. Don’t send them here to Fox Run. If you don’t care about your child having homework or reading or spelling, and don’t care what grades they make, then this is the school for you. You decide. N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school used to be about community and discipleship of the students. Now the principal focuses on no talking in classes and looking good to the public. He is rude to students and teachers and can be very disrespectful. Most of the teachers are caring, but they are being over-stressed by the amount of work the principal is giving them.Other Review7y ago - Our Lady of Perpetual Help School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can’t say enough about how wonderful this school and the teachers/staff are! It is such a loving, welcoming community. They have rigorous academics and assistance for students who may be struggling. There is a large variety of extracurriculars and sports offered as well. Most importantly, your children will be taught in a setting where morals are taught and valued, and they will be allowed to learn about the Catholic faith and have it integrated into their day.Parent Review1y ago
