If you have a special needs child - DO NOT send your child here. Find a different school. They are not attentive as they should be. If your kid has an IEP, they will deliberately do the absolute minimum for your child. Bare minimum or less. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Your child is entitled to a good helpful insightful education. Only one of my kids needs special education. I never had an issue with my other kids until it came to my child with special needs. The special education here is horrid.

I do NOT RECOMMEND If I could give zero stars I would ,not safe place for kids they question kids with out parental consent students gets wrongly accused for serious things they did not do communication is terrible even after speaking with staff would never send my kids again

I have had to move around quite a bit and, as a result, have had experiences with many schools in this city. The staff have been highly communicative about my child's performance as well as the more in-depth areas where she struggles. In a collaborative effort between myself and her teachers, my child has jumped three grade levels in her reading performance in the one year she has been here. I've noticed that some schools that turn out high-achieving students only seem to focus their attention on children that are already high-achievers so my daughter consistently fell through the cracks. The teachers here have collaborated with me and have come up with their own strategies to help my own struggling child grow while also telling me when my child has worked especially hard or achieved a learning milestone. I expect that by the end of this upcoming school my child will have completely caught up to her peers. They've pushed her to excel without making her miserable. She has looked forward to returning to school all summer. My only regret is that this will be her last year with them as she moves on to middle school.

If your have a kid with special needs this is not the school for you. The special needs teachers are no good and dont have the skills to handle kids with different need

This is the first year for my kids (3rd and 5th) and they are loving it! In my experience the teachers and the admin are all welcoming. They have had multiple events to engage the familles. I really wish my children would have attended this school sooner. I do wish they came home with simple study packets but my children are able to log into the online app to work on extra assignments. Both my students read at home. I also signed up to be apart of the PTA and everyone seems welcoming. Overall I love this school and I’m really surprised to see negative comments.
