As a student in mas they struggle to use are tax dollars properly, they didn’t add air vent after complants like insane body heat in the cramped gym, and money provided parents within a timely manner it’s been more then a year. I also think they have problems when it comes to communicating. The staff has difficulty understanding the students and have proven to have sexcist judgments and the administration are very not transparent when it comes to the school and adjustments.

Memorial Elementary School in South Hackensack has been a truly positive experience for our family. The learning environment is engaging, and students are excited about what they're learning each day. Teachers are respectful, supportive, and consistently motivate students to do their best. The school also prioritizes social-emotional support, ensuring students' mental health and well-being are addressed with care. The school maintains a safe and inclusive atmosphere, free from discrimination or harsh discipline. Family involvement is genuinely welcomed, and the staff works closely with parents as partners in their children's education. I highly recommend this school to any family looking for a nurturing and academically strong environment.

A blue ribbon school and it shows. The staff is attentive and works on kids’ needs individually. There’s lots of extra programs too. So many fun activities for the kids too.

The teachers aren't bad it's the administration they've harrassed me for appraching the teacher about my son and for telling them that the way they treat my child is unjust. They've made multiple demeaning comments to my child in front of my face, they hire personnel that are questionable at best and their demeanor to solving problems in the classroom is absolutely horrid is like they dont care they just like to say they do. I would never ever recommend this school to anyone it is a living nightmare and my child is having nightmares so bad he's affraid to wake up alone and has even started hiding in the morning with the prospect of not having to go to school. This school needs to be investiagted and/or the people in administration and management need to be fired as nothing other than the teacher works here.

It’s pretty open environment for communication and learning.

My daughter has attended this school for the last 2 years and she has learned tremendously. Her reading level is above average. The teachers are loving and caring. Love this school!

Both of my boys love it here and are thriving (pre-K4 and Kindergarten). It's a great environment with an engaged staff and principal. They are both learning a lot and demonstrating their progress at home. They have fun events always keeping the kids and parents involved as much as they can.
