Lincoln Elementary School

Memorial Elementary School in South Hackensack has been a truly positive experience for our family. The learning environment is engaging, and students are excited about what they're learning each day. Teachers are respectful, supportive, and consistently motivate students to do their best. The school also prioritizes social-emotional support, ensuring students' mental health and well-being are addressed with care. The school maintains a safe and inclusive atmosphere, free from discrimination or harsh discipline. Family involvement is genuinely welcomed, and the staff works closely with parents as partners in their children's education. I highly recommend this school to any family looking for a nurturing and academically strong environment.

The school is OK. Leadership and administration are lackluster at best. Individual teachers are excellent but are working in restrictive backwards looking ways due to policies and practices from a senior team who has mistaken stagnation for stability.The facilities and educational programmes at the school are patchy, leaving children with restricted access to gifted and talented programmes, STEM, arts and music programmes.

Hilltop Elementary has been an excellent school for my three boys. From the moment we moved to Lodi, the staff and teachers made us feel welcomed and supported. All three of my sons have thrived here academically, socially, and emotionally. They became especially strong in Math and Social Studies, and the foundation they received at Hilltop continues to show, even now that one of them is in high school.The school’s values, dedication, and genuine care for students make a real difference. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional education Hilltop has provided for my family. Highly recommended!

Both of my boys love it here and are thriving (pre-K4 and Kindergarten). It's a great environment with an engaged staff and principal. They are both learning a lot and demonstrating their progress at home. They have fun events always keeping the kids and parents involved as much as they can.
