Posted by a parent on 3/6/2015Trinity Lutheran touts its very small class sizes as a positive. The truth is people in the area avoid the school partly because of its leadership. The pastor of the church is quite judgmental, harsh at times and unempathetic. He was kind to us when we were putting money in the donation box. Period.

After being a part of the Pleasantdale community for several years, I have no regrets. Every single person I have dealt with at the school, from the office staff, teachers, and principal to the superintendent and other parents has made a positive impact. This school truly feels like a community. I am often in awe at how both of my kids are thriving both academically and social/emotionally at Pleasantdale. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe principal of the school has a terrible attitude and fake smile.She is terrible with parents and every morning she yells,and every morning when i come by car especially I personally have frustration and stress...nothing to anyone.I have witnessed several times that they open the door in front of me and help the children out.When its my cars turn,they stop and pretend they are not there.When they see that im not moving,they wave their hands for me to go and get out of the circle.The child is still sitting inside because he cannot get out cause he had a child lock.I show them that the child is still inside and ofcourse they just ignore.Then i go out and open the door for him...And every every time like that...THE WORST SCHOOL WITH TERRIBLY UNPROFESIONAL PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH EXTRA SMALL CHILDREN...VERY SCARYParent Review2mo ago - Kingswood Academy
