I have a 5th grader and 7th grader who have both been there through kindergarten. Our family has had an exceptional time in the district!

The principal of the school has a terrible attitude and fake smile.She is terrible with parents and every morning she yells,and every morning when i come by car especially I personally have frustration and stress...nothing to anyone.I have witnessed several times that they open the door in front of me and help the children out.When its my cars turn,they stop and pretend they are not there.When they see that im not moving,they wave their hands for me to go and get out of the circle.The child is still sitting inside because he cannot get out cause he had a child lock.I show them that the child is still inside and ofcourse they just ignore.Then i go out and open the door for him...And every every time like that...THE WORST SCHOOL WITH TERRIBLY UNPROFESIONAL PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH EXTRA SMALL CHILDREN...VERY SCARY

My child goes to school here and the overall experience was positive. The school creates a safe and a kind environment for my child

Seton Montessori is the MECCA of Montessori schools in the United States. This school, located in welcoming environments is the prototype for elementary education in America. The age scaffolded classrooms offer the students continual support and encouragement. The level of responsibility children are given proves they can handle "hard" work with grace and courtesy. The teaching staff is the most knowledgeable and compassionate team of humans I've ever experienced in a learning environment. The families are welcomed and encouraged to participate in community events and help keep the school environment pristine. As a credentialed Montessori educator, who attended teacher training here, I have been enriched by this community immensely. Schedule an observation and you will be amazed at the guided independence of the students, the caring teachers, and the most beautiful prepared environment. This school is a crown jewel!!!

There has been a significant change in the school’s environment, which has resulted in the loss of nearly half of the student body. Unfortunately, I have also found that the administration lacks professionalism and is not receptive to constructive criticism or feedback. The principal appoints the board members, which can create concerns about accountability and transparency.The school’s small size can be a benefit for younger students, as it allows for a more close-knit environment. However, I don’t feel the same benefits translate as well to middle school and beyond. The small size can also mean that personal matters quickly become common knowledge, which may not be comfortable for every family.For parents who are actively involved in their child’s academic progress, the experience can also be challenging. In my experience, there appeared to be a noticeable preference toward fathers over mothers when it came to parental involvement and communication.
