Read what parents are saying about Riverview Elementary SchoolSo far really good in the year and a half my daughter has been there. Teachers are awesome and the staff is amazing.
Posted by a parent on 8/28/2020Terrible, the principal is the bully, watch out parents, don't get on her bad side or you will be ask to pick up your child on the curb outside of the property. She is in the wrong town and really does not like kids under 12 yrs old. She has no business being an elementary school principal. just saying. Notice, all most all of the positive comments were made while the previous principal was there. What a lucky school that got him. My kids are out of there.
Posted by a parent on 2/24/2018Great school my son is in the rocket program and before that he had speech therapy and every teacher and the principle were very helpful and knowledgable is special Ed and IEP process
Posted by a parent on 3/29/2016Horrible school. Two horrible spec Ed teachers while my child went there and a principal that lied in a meeting. Be careful if you put your child in their Rocket Program. Observe a lot!!
Posted by a community member on 1/3/2016My Children have attended Riverview for 5 years now. They started with the Rocket program; & us as any other concern dedicated parents are extremely pleased with the Education, staff, & programs that Riverview offers. Principle knows all the kids & parents; he always takes time from his busy schedule to acknowledge kids' & parents' comments. Even the office & cafeteria staff are friendly. It's a school that children can learn & feel comfortable coming.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a joke, you ask for information about your son and they do not give it to you, they do not have supervision for the children and they leave the school open, anyone can walk in or out. The teacher does not have the capacity since they put 32 students per classroom, not 22. They should hire more staff and train the ones they have. The teacher who is assigned to my child does not provide me with the information I request and she only puts me off. She is completely incompetent. I don’t completely blame her as the entire school seems to have an extremely low standard. The curriculum is not specific at all based on what we saw at open house nor are the homework assignments. They do not appear to challenge themselves nor the students and is a perfect combination for failure of your kids being severely left behind compared to the national standardParent Review1y ago - Highland Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’ve had nothing but great experiences with this school and the staff. The principle and teachers seem to really like their job and the effort they put in is reflected in the growth and well being of the children as a result.Parent Review2y ago - Sierra Vista Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids have made huge improvements since they started at this school. The teachers really do care and take their time with all the kid's and their individual needs. I love the diversity, the homework given, and the ease of dealing with the admin staff.Parent Review1y ago
