I withdrew my child from this school because of ongoing bullying by students and the staff's failure to intervene. I tried discussing my concerns face-to-face, but my child continued to come home upset and reluctant to attend. I do not recommend this school; consider exploring charter or online schools instead.

Let the new principle know how I felt about a teacher making both of my kids cry and was given the third degree about it being my "kids reality". As far as I am concerned, no one but me (the parent) gets to dismiss "my kids reality". If I have 2 kids who have problems with the same teacher and are coming home daily crying, it's a YOU problem. Having a kid with behavioral issues is hard, but you are supposed to be professionals and HELPING my kids and not making them feel helpless.

Absolutely horrible, if you want your child to fall behind in learning and deal with petty teachers and principal enroll them here. Also, if you have any sort of custody issues and they don’t get what they want from you, they will underhandedly go behind your back to get what they want from the other parent so if you and the other parent do not work together and cannot be aware of what they do. They also team up and gather like hens if you make one of them upset. The education Mesa public schools offer is horrible. I would enroll your child in a different district altogether.

Robson will call the police on your children for for no reason and also not call u to tell you and punish your child the whole day. Also the police will call u later to tell u about it even tho they did not and the police will let u know they should not have called and your child did nothing wrong. Most of the teachers and staff at this school are first year staff with no experience and a lack of knowledge. keep your loved ones away.

We love Johnson! There are so many incredible teachers and so many that have 10, 15, 20+ year at Johnson! We have felt so supported and uplifted by the school and its staff. We came during a big transition period but I have been so pleased with how the Principal and other staff listen to parents. I’ve enjoyed the true community feel of this school and the events they host. I try to stay involved and appreciate feeling welcome on campus. My son has had an IEP and been making great progress every year. Staff are busy but have always been great about answering questions or concerns quickly and clearly.No school is perfect, but we are so happy to be part of the Jayhawk family!

Montessori International School has been an amazing learning facility for my two children. They have both excelled in the environment, learning to be independent and contributing members of each little community. The teachers, staff and support personnel are amazing and care deeply about providing a nurturing environment for students to flourish. Every day I am impressed by the quality of the education provided and am so happy to have my daughters enrolled at MIS. Thank you for being amazing!!
