I’m so sad we had to move far away, my kids were so excited to go to school daily. I love how they are taught core values and there’s always organized events to keep the families involved. Mrs.

Our teachers are go above and beyond with communicating what’s going on in the classroom, what’s going on in the school, and topics where your child could use extra practice at home. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere are far better schools than this. The principal is a joke and does not know how to manage staff. If you have any situations where you have to contact the principal, you'd do best to get it in an email. They will try to mistreat the child should you have complaints and if they do something wrong, they will blame the child and take steps in making sure the child appears to be the problem. They do not appear to know how to handle children with special needs. Suggestions for conflict that may arise with this school or with school within this district- get everything in an email, record all conversations, go to the principal but follow up with the district, having an advocate through any and all complaints would be ideal. The staff here will smile in your face, but they are not friendly and do not care for the overall wellbeing of the child. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTo be completely honest, this school doesn’t do a great job at enforcing what is in their handbook. As a former student at STA, I’ve witnessed much of what the handbook describes as ‘zero tolerance’. If throwing Nazi salutes and telling women to go back to the kitchen is ‘zero tolerance’, then why are they still on student council? Why hasn’t anything been done about it?The irony is insane, considering this is a Catholic school. This school doesn’t care about mental health either, nor do they prioritize it. They don’t even have a counselor you can go to.In my 10+ years here, I’ve felt more alienated than included. Instead of a student body, it felt like one big inside joke that I was never in on.
