Don''t miss this charming North Alton home!! This home features 2 beds and 1 bath. A very inviting covered front porch as well as a lovely fully covered back deck add to the charm of this home. Tall ceilings give this home a more open feel. To make things easy, the washer and dryer is currently in the "mud room" off the kitchen. The unfinished basement offers a great place for storage or space for a tinkering workshop. The shed in the backyard stays with the property. Driveway features a covered parking area with pull through access to the alley. Fireplace does not function and seller will not make repairs.
A Cinch home warranty is being offered by the seller. Buyer to verify all MLS information including but not limited to square feet, measurements, lot size, features, exemptions/taxes, schools, etc.

"This is a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of diversity. It has character and old fashion appeal. Large homes, duplex and apartments with its originality. The community has survived the worst although the love and spirit of the city is here. Perfectly located in the middle of everything, the smell of Fast Eddies Chicken or fried rice from the Hong Kong house decorates the air. I love it here, it’s safe with the beautiful mixture of people from all walks of life. Like with any city this area has its flaws, yet the flaws is what makes the beauty of it all!"
