I believe certain neighborhoods are good for children to go to such as parks in the area and the Keasler recreation center. The neighborhood near the Kessler Recreation center have affordable housing. Also in that neighborhood your near the schools and the East Alton library."

    "The deteriorated houses. The cops going the wrong way on one way streets. The neighbors going the wrong way on a one way street. All the trash hangs out outside and they all have plumbers pants. Nothing about this neighborhood is good. They should just light a match and let the whole neighborhood go."
