1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school was a not a good experience for my child. He was beat up (nose and glasses broken) and bullied innumerable amount of times. His classes frequently had teachers leave mid school year and his Math class never even had a permanent teacher- it was like a substitute every day. Did faculty try to prevent these things? Yes. But the fighting and disrespect is so out of hand I don't think even they know how to handle it. I hate to use the term "inner city" but that is exactly what this school emulates. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went here and LOVED it. I was in the gifted program and the gifted teachers there are unmatched. There are ten classes per grade level, so all kids are rightly placed. All the teachers teach well, though I wouldn't recommend teaching there (it is very cliquey among the teachers). The other thing I didn't like about this school was the lack of diversity. Everyone there was blonde haired-blue eyed christians, which I found kind of annoying. Under leadership of the previous principal the school received a grade A for 5 out of 7 years. With the current principal at the reigns, the school has never received an A, yet they are the 2nd highest paid principal in the district. This principal takes liberties that are not within her authority, yet the district provides no accountability. While the administration is terrible at this school, it is a product of the school board and district's example of zero accountability. "Car is the best way, there is a Buss service and cabs available, but why? This is car heaven lots of people from up north are finally able to actually have one when they retire without worrying about salt damage, and cold damage."

"Too many to list! Golf, Clay Tennis courts, top notch restaurants formal and casual. Access to celebration areas for private parties, public pool always warm enough, private island and play ground for walks, private marina, awesome sunsets, year round weather, close to hospitals, beaches and town and best of all friendly staff!"

"I love this area. It is only 5 1/2 miles from Ft. Myers Beach, 10 miles from Sanibel, and 1 mile from the river. There is also a boat ramp and dock in the community. It is bike and pedestrian friendly. It has a lake with walking trail around it. It is also a quite neighborhood. It is close to shopping and restaurants as well. I love, love, love this area."

"This area is close to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Many restaurants, shopping, theatres, hospital, post office, houses of worship, card clubs, workout centers close by. 10 minutes to beaches via auto. 5 minute walk to River. Growing area, new homes being built. "
