Its pretty nice. not always though sometimes they might be looking the other way and not see you wave so they don't wave back....then you're just standing there waving like some sort of clown that can only say hello by waving to people and they're not sure of the clown. Good community for children! plenty of schools around. upcoming Rtd lightrail! thats kind of cool! Close to denver, boulder and not too far from fort collins! its all and all a good area to be in "
