    "I've lived just up the street from here for 5 years on Louise Dr as well. I can't imagine our blocks are that different. We're a young family and it is a good neighborhood for that. We've never had any problems. It is very quiet and convenient. We've never experienced any crime here. It is close to everything we want and all highways without being in the middle of the city. Easy to get to downtown, the mountains, Boulder, etc. I work downtown and taking sidestreets, it only takes me 15 minutes to get to and from work. An ideal location if you want good proximity with a suburban atmosphere."

Easy access to I-25, Boulder Turnpike, and also sideroads to get to work fast. Excellent snow removal Marigold & Delaware."
