"People are friendly, and it’s a safe place to live. People are out walking their dogs a lot. It’s relatively quiet and pretty peaceful around here. Streets are well lit, and sidewalks/roads are in good shape."

"It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."

"Trunk or Treat for Halloween. Thornton Fest in early summer. 4th of July fireworks show which is very unique. Pirate Fest in early autumn, at Webster Lake. Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
