"Close to everything and lots of businesses near by with food and beverage at your fingertips. The only bad thing is the street racing that goes on every night on division. "

"North hill has a suburban feel with plenty of parks for off-leash play, walking trails a short distance away, and lots of restaurants with pet friendly outdoor seating!"

"Amazing neighborhood. Quiet and clean. I have no fear of walking at night or leaving things on my porch. Close to shopping if all kinds, has, busses, main roads. "

"Dog friendly for the most part. Just pick up after your dog. Other dogs in neighborhood will start barking setting off a chain reaction sometimes "

"They care for their dog and others. The leash law is followed as well as muzzles if necessary. People do clean up waste while walking dog. I did notice cats loose at times."

"My neighborhood has people who have lived here for years and young new families just moving in. I know multiple neighbors, and mostly everyone takes pride in their home. Definitely nice for a first time home buyer or a small family "

"Really think this area is great!! Have lived here for 7 years and haven't had any issues with neighbors or crime. The only issue is that during summer and the Franklin Park near by there is less parking during game nights. But within walking distance to the park is a major plus for walking the dog or taking the kids to the park. The neighbors have been great on our block and the traffic is minimal. We rarely hear traffic from Division or Wellesley. Really close to a lot of things: the mall, schools, park, grocery store, Shadle Park, Northtown Mall and Northtown Square. "

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy youngest have been in attendance here for that last three years. My son's previous schools just let him slide through the cracks so that when he entered 3rd grade at ridgeview he couldn't read or write!! The staff and Mrs Johnson were incredible! They got my son back on track with his peers. I don't know how they do it but they are excellent at making sure every child is individually loved unconditionally. Thanks to Ridgeview my son is back on the right foot and will be completing his last year of elementary there. They also offer a lot of exclusive opportunities and engagement for children that attend a public school and may not have experienced these activities otherwise (ie safety bicycle classes, free ski/snowboard lessons, and many other opportunities). I can't say enough good things about the principal and her staff.Parent Review8mo ago8 Reviews - Willard Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love the staff at this school. Everyone is kind and caring and seems to really want what's best for the kids. They have a counselling program that actively helps kids with issues and learning disabilities and I really appreciate that. My daughter's teacher challenges her when she gets ahead instead of letting her be bored on the side. I think this is a good school.Parent Review8y ago4 Reviews - Salish School of Spokane
