7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI wish I could have the same raving reviews as these other parents, but so far we are barely into the school year and it's just been awful! First year at this school and it saddens me my son has to go here. Lack of students safety when bullying is involved, excuses constantly made, lack of leadership in the school and it shows if you really pay attention. The drop off and pick system is a nightmare. My son wont poop if he is at school because he says they have bugs all over the toilets! Honestly wish I could find the school these parents are raving about. We moved within Virginia Beach and I am seeing what I need to do for my son to get transferred to his old school. My son cry's and says he's sick b/c he doesn't want to go to his new school, this is ridiculous. I want my son to feel safe and learn, he doesn't feel safe due to incidents which breaks my heart. We are military and have seen our fare share of schools between my 2 boys. This is by far the worst!Parent Review6y ago13 Reviews - Salem Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to this school district last year and my son loves his school and the teachers, their patient and enthusiastic teaching model makes my son happy to come home from school every day! And he has made great progress in his studies I have been to the school several times, the school staff gave me a good impression, the school has strict management, unrelated personnel can not enter the school at will, which makes our children in the school is very reassuring and safe!Parent Review1y ago10 Reviews - Glenwood Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have 2 daughters that have been at this school. We attended virtually last year and this year in person. My daughters are flourishing and enjoy coming to school each day. I am grateful to call this school our family. Thank you to the teachers, the admin and the support staff. Our bus driver is amazing. I trust all the staff. Thank you Glenwood! We appreciate you.Parent Review4y ago8 Reviews
