    "I live in this area with my wife and 3yo son. You are very close to many dinning options as well as shopping options. There are several community parks in the area as well as Mount Trashmore which is a great activity area. Little creek Naval Base and Oceana Naval air station are a short commute away."

    "We moved just this year, but we spent ten years on Sweetbriar Court. The neighbors were nice. We used to have neighborhood chili cook-offs, hotdog roasts and games for the kids at the end of the cul-de-sac. The parks around Green Run were wonderful - lots of room for the dogs to run; sidewalks along canals where you could see great blue herons, ducks of all descriptions, and occasionally a swan. My daughter was on the neighborhood swim team in the summers, and the HOA sponsers all kinds of get-togethers. "
