"It depends on the time of day, but the traffic flows. The freeway helps, but it does get jammed at times from accidents with people who are impatient "

"I have a 20 minute drive to work. My neighborhood is quiet and full of trees. I like it that way. If you want a friendly neighborhood where kids ride bikes and play outside - this is it. if you want to walk to restaurants - go to Town Center."

"It's a very dog friendly neighborhood. People clean up after their fur babies. Close to many hiking trails, parks and dog parks. There is not too much traffic in the area. "

"We are a family oriented neighborhood . People here are generally polite, friendly and helpful - we look out for each other. Most of us celebrate winter holidays by decorating our homes with lights & evergreen wreaths. "

"Have lived here for 25 years. Great place to raise a family. Homes are a mixture of updated and original to the years built (1960's). Lovely wooded lots. A great place to live."

"I've lived in the neighborhood for 12 years. It is great for families. Great neighbors, wonderful schools, 2 neighborhood parks & close to everything. You can see many kids playing outside, people walking their dogs & visiting with their neighbors. I'm a female and walk to and from my neighbor's house 2 blocks away even late at night."

"The term North Central is very broad. I live in the Birchwood South neighbor hood and have been here for over 30 years. Neighbors look out for each other, kids ride bikes in the streets, and most of the yards and homes are well maintained. It’s a great place to raise a family. Off the beaten path yet close to everything."
