6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFor the most part teachers are fairly nice here. But when my daughter comes home telling me they tell her to hold her pee and can’t go to the bathroom when she needs to that is very concerning! No child should be told not to use the bathroom when they need to go. This can bring up very serious medical issues. Not to mention the teachers in the lunch rooms are so rude to the kids and always telling them to be quiet and putting them down. This is not somewhere that I would feel safe sending my kid. We will be homeschooling or finding a different school after this year. Do better! These teachers need more training and compassion.Parent Review8mo ago12 Reviews - Norma J Paschal Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is fantastic. We’ve had a wonderful experience here for my kids for preschool, kinder, and first grade. I don’t know why it doesn’t have a 10/10 rating because it is a meticulously organized and thoughtfully run school full of passionate and kind educators. We’ve had Armstrong, France, Hamilton, and England, and they have taken such good care of my kids and taught them so much and you can tell these women love what they do and all their students. The principal and staff are super motivated and keep parents updated regularly. On the sixth day of school the principal was greeting every student by their first name. I wouldn’t have believed it but when I dropped my kids off I watched her stand there and greet each student and she does that every morning, it’s incredible how loved my children feel. We even did distance learning last year for the pandemic and it was well organized given the circumstances and the teachers were so understanding and flexible, which we really needed. The teaching staff uses an app this year and last year called dojo to communicate with parents, it makes it so easy to stay in touch and message the teachers with questions and concerns and often the teacher sends out pictures of the kids doing activities throughout the day which really reassures me that they are in good hands. My only concerns are really more regarding the school district as a whole, I wish the kids were given more time outside as they only get two 15 minute recesses which is pretty standard nation wide but I would love to see more of a nature focus in the curriculum. Otherwise you can’t do better than this school!Parent Review4y ago18 Reviews - River City Believers Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can’t express enough how grateful I am for our experience at RCBA Christian school. From the moment we stepped through the doors, it was clear that each child is treated with genuine love and care. The teachers and staff embrace Christian values in every aspect of learning, creating an environment where faith and education harmoniously intertwine. What we truly love is the intimate atmosphere of the school. The smaller class sizes mean that our children are receiving a personalized education, tailored to their unique needs and interests. In contrast to larger schools that may focus on flashy perks, this school prioritizes what really matters, nurturing individual growth and fostering a deep love for learning. The academic staff is something truly special. They are not only highly trained and qualified but also incredibly passionate about their roles. Their love for teaching and commitment to our children’s development shines through in every lesson. It’s refreshing to see educators who pour their hearts into fostering both academic and spiritual growth. For us, being a part of the RCBA Christian school community feels like joining a close-knit family. We've had the joy of contributing to building and enhancing the school, making it an even better place for our children. It’s empowering to attend a Christian school that stands out so remarkably, and we feel blessed to be part of such a loving and embracing community. 10 out of 10!Parent Review1y ago29 Reviews - Our Lady of Perpetual Help School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can’t say enough about how wonderful this school and the teachers/staff are! It is such a loving, welcoming community. They have rigorous academics and assistance for students who may be struggling. There is a large variety of extracurriculars and sports offered as well. Most importantly, your children will be taught in a setting where morals are taught and valued, and they will be allowed to learn about the Catholic faith and have it integrated into their day.Parent Review3y ago12 Reviews - Rolling Meadows Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has attended this school for 3 years. In that time, he has grown so much in both academics and in social emotional areas. His teachers have always been great at communicating with me about his progress and giving tips/strategies to help at home. Staff members have always kept him safe and he’s always been happy to go to school. We think this is a wonderful school!Parent Review1y ago6 Reviews
