"15-20 mins from all of the attractions. commute is great, 5 minutes away on Medical Drive. traffic isn't too bad until the Fredericksburg/Wurzbach 4 way. Very Close to 410, 1604, and I10."

"Very convenient location for the Medical Center, USAA, and shopping. The annual assessment for the HOA is pretty low compared to other subdivisions. The homes are in good shape."
