What Locals Say about 145 Association
- Sukh S.

"This neighborhood is close to medical so working crowd and quit people . Not too much traffic and noise. Very safe "
- Justin B.

"This neighborhood has a poor HOA system, just within the last two weeks starting the new parking policy and people needing to park on the Main Street outside the development, I have seen 3 or more cars with new damage and one was completely totaled "
- Abbyperez84
- Resident

"Lived here for 10+ years. The only thing I don't like is the HOA. They have useless parking regulations that cannot be properly enforced and stupid rules about not having children play in the streets."
- Trulia User
- Resident
- 4y ago
"Nothing much. Most residents just keep to themselves. HOA is not pleasant. Seems there's always issues with the visitor parking that causes a rift between residents. "
- Abbyperez84

"There are not many events. I think the HOA is too strict. The parking policy is ridiculous. We can't even have guest over because their only opinion is to park on the main street outside of the subdivision. The houses are very close together and the poor quality. "
